1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an educational onboarding guide that walks visitors through opening an account with partner broker NTW Markets and joining the Rich Rising PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module). It is not an investment product solicitation guaranteeing returns, a brokerage service operated by us, or personalized financial advice. Trading and PAMM accounts are opened with NTW Markets (or its affiliates) under that broker’s own terms. We do not hold client funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to use the Site and participate where permitted by law. Brokerage and PAMM services may not be available in all jurisdictions. Participation is void where prohibited.

3. No financial advice

Content on the Site and related live sessions is for educational and informational purposes only. Hosts are not providing personalized investment, tax, or legal advice unless expressly stated in writing that a named person is a licensed adviser acting in that capacity. You are solely responsible for your allocation and trading decisions.

4. Risk

6. Changes
