This Privacy Policy explains how Rich Rising PAMM, presented in partnership with Rich Rising Live (the “Organizer,” “we,” “us”), collects and uses information when you visit richrisinglivepamm.com or submit the signup form. 1. Information we collect

Signup form. When you join, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, and a record that you agreed to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure and consented to receive daily Rich Rising PAMM result updates by email and text/SMS (message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts).

Technical data. Like most websites, we or our hosting provider (Vercel) may process IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP for security, performance, and basic analytics.

Cookies / analytics. We may use essential cookies required to operate the Site. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this Policy and, where required, seek consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How we use information

• To send daily Rich Rising PAMM result updates and related educational / community communications by email and text/SMS that you requested
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site

3. Sharing with partner broker (NTW Markets)

Signup information is shared with our partner broker, NTW Markets (and its service providers), so they can help with account onboarding and related communications. Broker accounts are governed by NTW Markets’ own privacy notice and terms. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Form delivery

Form submissions may be processed via FormSubmit.co or a similar form relay and delivered to support@richrisinglive.com. Those providers process data on our behalf to deliver messages.

5. Text / SMS updates

If you provide a phone number and opt in on the signup form, we may send daily PAMM result updates by text/SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or email support@richrisinglive.com to update or remove your contact details.

6. Retention

We retain signup and related records for as long as needed to run the Site, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
